The “SG” vacuum tables are made of solid aluminum and machined on both sides. These characteristics ensure both the maximally possible firmness and distortion-freeness when heating up (no bimetal
effect).
This vacuum clamping technology guarantees a clamping force which is around 4 – 5 times higher than using an ordinary vacuum cleaner or a side channel compressor. There is no need for a very powerful vacuum pump because the whole system is sealed up during the production process – even while countersinking your component!

Solid aluminum can be used in combination with coolant almost without any restrictions and thus this vacuum table is practically everlasting.
